Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent to On the Run Concierge Service Group Australia through our email delivery provider so Rachel can respond. We only share details with someone else when it is needed to provide an agreed service or when the law requires it.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable care with the information we hold and keep it only for as long as it is useful for business, booking, or legal purposes. No online service can promise absolute security, but we treat your details with care.
