A simple guide to how enquiries, quotes, bookings, payments, and cancellations work.
Enquiries and quotes
An enquiry helps us understand what you need and does not by itself create a booking. A written quote is provided before booking. The quote will outline the agreed service, timing, price, and any relevant travel or other charges.
Minimum booking and travel
Services have a 3-hour minimum. A $1/km travel fee applies where applicable. We will explain the details in your written quote before you decide to book.
Payment
Payment timing: to be confirmed. Payment arrangements will be confirmed in writing before booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee; less than 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee; if the team arrives with no notice, the full scheduled service fee applies. Any cancellation fee must be confirmed in writing before booking.
