A simple guide to how enquiries, quotes, bookings, payments, and cancellations work.
Enquiries and quotes
An enquiry helps us understand what you need and does not by itself create a booking. A written quote is provided before booking. The quote will outline the agreed service, timing, price, and any relevant travel or other charges.
Minimum booking and travel
Services have a 3-hour minimum. A $1/km travel fee applies where applicable. We will explain the details in your written quote before you decide to book.
Payment
Your available payment method and when payment is due will be confirmed with your quote or booking. If you have a preferred payment method, please let us know when you enquire.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to help, subject to availability. Any cancellation terms or charges that apply to your booking will be included in the written quote or booking confirmation.
